Kyoritsu K8031F Phase Rotation Tester

The Kyoritsu K8031F model is a portable lightweight handheld device designed to check phase sequence. It can check a wide range of 3-phase power source from 110 to 600V

• The device comes with fused alligator clamps that make easy to hold terminals of switchboards and alternate clamps to make easier to measure different devices that aren't suitable for the alligator clamps.
• To operate the device, connect the colour coded leads to the terminals of a 3-phase power source where a rotating electrical machine such as a motor will be connected, press the push switch while checking the phase.
• If the rotating disc turns clockwise the phase rotation is R, S and T in order of the power source terminals. If the disc rotates counter-clockwise, alternate the connection of two of the three leads in order that the disk rotates on the right direction.
• As soon as the switch is released, the unit will power off.
• The Kyoritsu K8031F for CATIII environments has been designed and tested according to the IEC Publication 61010; Safety Requirements for Electronic Measurement.
